Obama Urges American's To Tamp Down Inflammatory Rhetoric

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Confronting another killing of police officers, President Barack Obama on Sunday urged Americans to tamp down inflammatory words and actions as a violent summer collides with the nation's heated presidential campaign.

Generations grew up being taught that sticks and stones will break your bones but names can never harm you. It was an effort to teach children to grow thick skin in preparation for life in the real world. Now the progeny of that generation can’t hear inflammatory rhetoric. If heard, inflammatory rhetoric causes one to murder, through no fault of their own.

You are correct except 0bama does not use the Congress or the Senate to pass anything into law ,,,, he dictates executive orders and or has the regulatory Czar create new regulations . For the past 5 1/2 yrs. congress has been useless in even attempting to stop him from bypassing them .
