I’m sorry, but Cleveland is absolutely the worst place to hold the RNC convention. I would have loved for the convention to be held in Anchorage, AK. That would have stopped the protesters cold.
I just returned from Anchorage 3 weeks ago. Mid afternoon it was close to 90.
Today at 4:12pm, it was 73.
That said, I think your right because of the distance to Anchorage. My guess is that Anchorage will never have a convention because it has too few Hotel Rooms or cops for that matter.
