A few days ago Shempard Smif and Carl Cameron were saying Donald Trump was so politically crass to delay his VP announcement due to the attack in Nice. Both of them said so. Without blinking they switched to how extraordinary it was that Hillary had immediately done an interview with BOR. Not one mention of it being crass or politically calculated at all.
