Won’t happen. Not too long before the 1864 election, the battle of Gettysburg, Sherman takes Atlanta, Lincoln tried to suspend the writ of habeus corpus and was smacked down by SCOTUS chief Haney, though Lincoln ignored it.
Most Americans wouldn’t stand for any more of Obama’s nonsense. He’s leaving in January. Period.
