Cops will not quit en masse. We will see the Ferguson effect writ large. It will mean a great many black deaths, and some others who get caught in the crossfire.
Yes, they will shout “Racism”. It is all they have. But everyone else is getting tired of it.
The race card is long overcharged. It would have expired four years ago, but the old media and the Obama presidency have kept it alive.
Our external foes love it and nourish it.
