I have a cousin I am close to that is a police officer who was shot at several months ago. It wasn’t racially motivated it was just a drug addict running through the woods who had been in a police chase. Still, I worry about him everyday.
My son has a friend who was shot three times by a perp in Gulfport, MS while he was still in training. He still managed to help run the guy down and arrest him. I have another friend who is a former Baton Rouge police officer.
This stuff his home for us. I’m over these terrorists.
I have cop friends whom I love dearly and by extension, their wives, who are nervous wrecks.
My empathy and concern for them knows no bounds.
