I know the attitude comes from top (Obama) down, but the disheartening fact is he didn’t do this by himself. It takes scores of people working together to deny this girl and her family fair and humane treatment. In some articles I read the boy still lives next door to them. In other articles I read the guilty family has already moved.
Heavy Mormon presence in that part of Idaho. Just sayin.
This article says the two older boys have moved out, but the youngest one, that apparently did the most, is still next door, and his family is intimidating the victim’s family. Also, one of the older boys had used the same knife assaulting another girl two weeks earlier, but the mother dropped charges due to fear.
