I has occurred to me that some of the Muslim and African lands are opening their jails and letting their criminals head north. Fidel Castro did it during the Mariel boat lift and some believe that Mexico is opening the doors of their criminals and pointing them to the USA. The behavior of some of these migrants points to some past criminal history.
