Trump will have vetted Pence completely to his satisfaction.
He is TOTALLY aware of the importance of anti-globalism in trade, immigration, international agencies (WTO, UN, NATO etc.) and neocon interventionism.
There is no way he would have accepted Pence without assurances he will back Trump 100% on anti-TPP, building a wall, stopping Islamists from entering the country and all the other key TRUMP policies.
Politically, I see Pence as about where Cruz claims to be, but without the bizarre & lyin’ elements, and the feeling you might get stabbed in the back at any time. I think he should calm down some of the doubters that Trump is a real “Republican” or a real “Conservative.” That’s all.
We Trumpists have a right to be concerned; but I think everything will be okay. Remember, Trump does eventually need to get Congress behind him too, in order to get his programs enacted into law.

We got 8 years of RR followed by their undoing by Bush.
My dismay is, while Pence may go along with DJT while Trump is President, Pence will then be in the same position as Bush was, to undo all the accomplishments achieved during the Trump Administration....
All along, DJT’s overriding theme has been “Let Trump be Trump”. If he caved to his childrens’ preference, or that of his advisors, that could well cost America in the future. I guess time will tell.
