And it was pronounced a “two pee” piece. When I was visiting Scotland some time back, the public restrooms at train stations, airports, etc. charged 2p to use the restrooms...or 2p to pee. Brits have a great sense of humor and we thot’ it was funny at the time, and probably meant..
