I almost forgot to mention: There are several reports of Pence expressing his belief that Trump was an unacceptable candidate. So it’s very strange to then see him show up as Trump’s VP pick.
I have heard this also. Pence was not happy with Trump winning the nomination early on from what I understand. Many republican politicians felt that way...still do .but obviously Pence has made peace with it. I do know he endorsed Cruz. But the people have chosen Trump and he is respecting and accepting that.
