That’s been ventilated here about 4 dozen times.

If you were here in Indiana you would know that the fault lies with our careless legislature. They passed a bill without having complete legal vetting. AFTER it was passed and sign. The legal experts realized it would not pass muster in the federal court system
Rather then let it become case law by failing in the judiciary (like Row vs Wade). Pence took the bold step of deep sixing it. He knows as many others that a better case will follow when we have been able to stack the court with conservative justices.
Unless you WANT another loss in conservative values at the SCOTUS, be patient and let the experts handle it.
