The public is set to receive a cache of documents on the 9/11 attacks this week, that have been classified for 14 years.
In 2002, Congress published the results of their investigation into the terrorist attacks, but left 28 pages of the report redacted.
These pages are said to be related to a possible connection between the hijackers and the Saudi Arabian government.
The long-held rumor has been that the classified part of the report remained secret so as not to anger Saudi allies.

I expect that they’ll be so heavily redacted as to be unreadable.
Exactly!
Ywp..all for show or to detract from Trump VP announcement.
Perhaps the whole reason to release this, is to try to blame Republicans for Islamic Terrorism (i.e. Bush covered for the Saudis). The timing is probably to distract from the Republican Convention, and reduce Trump’s bump from it.
The Democrats are very vulnerable on this issue, and at least need to muddy the water, even if they can’t fully shift blame.
Alternatively, they are releasing it on a Friday prior to the convention, just to minimize coverage, and keep the islamic terrorist issue off the radar.
Very good points. I agree with you.
Could mean Bush committed Treason.
