You're exactly right! And anyone protesting or loitering will be arrested -but not placed in patty wagons. They'll be hauled off in 18 wheel cattle trucks. They can sit on all the hay and do their protesting there - on the way to jails. There are plenty of 18 wheel catte and cargo trucks in and around Cleveland. Not kidding. Why jack around with protesters if they get too close or get out of hand.
