I think Boris is not afraid to say he dislikes anyone for any reason. He probably will get along with Trump better than Obama. (Who he detests)
He says flippantly he likes Hillary because he wants to see Bill “back in the White House” and that is partly trying to be outrageous and partly saying the Bill was a natural.
