I heard someone say that Boris is a dual citizen of both the UK and the USA - is that possible?

Boris was born in the US, for sure.

Yes, he was born in New York City where his parents were graduate students at the time. He could claim US citizenship, but it is rather unlikely at his age.

Yes! My father was a US citizen, was also a legal Australian citizen, was also an Irish citizen. He had 3 legal passports. He also had a “certificate of British partiality” that if he chose, he could apply for and receive a British passport.

I heard someone say that Boris is a dual citizen of both the UK and the USA - is that possible? The IRS thought so. They came after him after he made £730,000 selling a house in London.
