I tried to cancel last night but got a message that I would receive an email on how to proceed. Still waiting. This is a big step for me. I spent a LOT of time over a couple of years getting my station right and it plays probably 95% right music.

I use the streaming service Rhapsody. Also Amazon prime...it has a music service. Rhapsody is better because you can make playlists. They also have “radio” stations.
I tried the same from my phone. Same response.
I used my windows laptop, took out my credit card, then canceled.

Haven’t got my cancel email either. Days now.
You need to do the email route for a prorated refund (for us stupidos that paid for a year).
