I was listening to Jeff Kuhner today, and heard that congress, INCLUDING OBAMA AND THE WITCH, both voted to approve this wall in the past.

That’s true. I believe it was in 2006. It was signed into law by Bush, and gave approval to the building of a border fence. It was done at the time to appease pesky conservative voters. The little secret was that they never intended to actually fund or build it.
