You are correct on both points. I read that three-quarters of blacks are now born out of wedlock and are raised by single moms. Those moms (usually of more than one child) are young, poorly educated and unemployed. The kids have no role model for success. It is a miracle that ANY of those kids grows up to be successful.
You’ve pretty much identified the root cause.
The one NOBODY in the media or black “leadership” will talk about.
