I agree entirely. You cannot let racism like this stand without a strong response.
It was over when they allowed affirmative action to stand; pretending certain groups are cutting it when they are so far behind is not helping them at all (except in the bank). It has stunted their progress and reduced them to objects of ridicule in the workplace...
