But have Lynch and Obama also given them
Fast&*Furious Weapons or MANPADs?

Let's hope they know and plan for the difference between crowd control of rowdy protesters...which is fully in the American tradition...and the tactical combat situations they are likely to be confronted with.
They need to plan for both and on a large scale.
