/snip-Several weeks ago, and again recently, I read that BlackLiesMatter was planning to make this a violence filled summer in order to create so much chaos that 0bama could use it as an excuse to declare martial lawsnip-/S

Is there any precedence for any president calling for nationwide martial law for civil unrest in 10-12 urban centers ? I am sure flyover country would ignore any such order.

I seriously doubt there will be martial law. Even during the civil war we had elections. This is all BS.

"I am sure flyover country would ignore any such order."

I'm not. We so-called "patriots" are all talk, no action, shrug our shoulders and change the channel. When the call goes out to start rounding up weapons, so-called "patriots" will meekly submit, because to take a stand would mean they'd have to do something that might cause discomfort. They might have to get cold. They might have to get hot. They might have to go hungry...or thirsty...or get punched in the nose...or get shot. Lord have mercy, they might have to miss Monday Night Football!!!!!!

3% of this Republic will save it, and 97% will take credit for it.
