Once again we broke the news before everyone else: GotNews.com proved that #PhilandoCastile was a Crips gang banger.
We also rightly pointed out that his lying, drugged up side bitch Lavish Reynolds lied about everything, including being his girlfriend, being married, and that Castile had a concealed carry permit.
Reynolds was already lying 10 seconds into the video, claiming that Castile was her boyfriend. There were no references to or photos of Castile on Reynolds Facebook page, and vice versa, even though Reynolds was a prolific Facebook user, posting dozens of photos in just the last month. Castile listed his relationship status on the site as single. Reynolds was married, although she says she is a single mom. What Reynolds should have said is side bitch.

The media took the lying word from a street kid who was with Brown in Ferguson when he was killed by police. That kid told a story that was a complete lie... and the media went with it... blew it up.. and look at what’s been going since then. This person in the car telling her side of this cannot be trusted to be telling the truth... it was suspicious from the beginning... but the media went with it.. . blew it up... and look what we have going again. They don’t pay any attention to all the shootings in Chicago all the time... they pick and choose what will set the people off and tear down a city... in this case, they also took 5 lives so far.
They say it’s a massacre, the media is included in what goes down. If there was no media covering them, there’d be much less rioters there and much less violence.
It took hillary off the front page.. she’s forever grateful for that.. and Cleveland will be a bad place to be for the convention. All because this “woman” did what they all do .. so it seems... LIED about the incident.. and 5 families are fatherless, husbandless... men who were doing their duty protecting those who hate them so much they celebrate their deaths!
Here are two:
Philando Castile had permit to carry gun
Are felons allowed to carry in Mn? Are they allowed to get CCW?
That's a stupid question, and you know it. A felon isn't allowed to possess a gun, per federal law.
Castile wasn't a felon. He did not have a single serious arrest on his record -- it was all traffic violations. The second article discusses that.
To the MSM, #BlackJiveMatters.
Who is Reynolds?
You dont know and neither do I because mo one from anywhere that has the authority to check all of Mn has said anything.
OK, I see how it works. You are willing to accept innuendo and character assassination, as long as it supports your view of the victim. But, if someone offers you contrary information, suddenly there has to be iron-clad proof before you accept it.
In Mn are people with a long criminal history allowed to carry guns? Are they allowed to get CCW?
Castile didn't have a "long criminal history". He had a lot of traffic violations -- none of which disqualified him from getting a CCW permit.
In MN you apply for a permit with the sheriff even though the permit is state issued.
We don’t want that info to be public record and it shouldn’t be.
As long as someone does not have a felony crime record, they should be able to own a firearm - even if they are merely a lowly cook.

I wasn’t slighting his job. I just honestly had a misunderstanding of carry permits. I thought a person had to have reason such as their job put them at risk or something of that nature.
I don’t have a carry permit and have never sought one but I did have a misunderstanding of the requirements.
“But I would not ever leave a pistol near my shooting hand when an officer walks up to talk to me.”
The LAST thing you want to be doing when a cop is walking up to talk to you...is to be fumbling with your gun in an effort to get it away from your shooting hand.
Both of your hands should be attached high on the steering wheel in plain sight...not moving at all. (If it’s at night, the only thing you might do additionally, prior to the cop even getting out of his car, is to turn on the inside/overhead light in your car.)
All proper disclosures should be made when the cop arrives at your window...I have a CCW...I have a weapon...it’s wedged between my seat and the console...and I ain’t moving until you tell me what you do, etc. Believe me, he already knows you have a CCW from the license plate check he did on your plate before exiting his vehicle.
Do not touch your weapon.
First he was a member of the crips...not according to me according to his Facebook page
Reynolds is the so called girl friend who live streamed after he was shot....we have the picture if him with gun on lap
What innuendo have I accepted?
Seems to me you want the police to be the bad guys here
What you do for a living has zippo to do with a CCW license.

I didn’t know that. I thought there had to be a reason such as the person was at increased risk for some reason — job, threats, etc.
No, it's a fair point -- and I was really surprised that someone posting on Free Republic asked that question.
I would expect that at Democratic Underground.
Chuck Johnson runs the site... and also got suspended on twitter for his tweets regarding this matter

Thank you. As I stated in my first post, I wasn’t familiar with the website. I saw it linked on another site.
I will add that the videos on the site of the woman offered some background on her.
Maybe in NYC, DC and a few other places but in most states CCW is “shall issue” not “may issue”.
btt

As I stated in another post, I was wrong and didn’t understand the requirements for a carry permit. I thought a requirement associated with a person’s job or some situation put them at increased risk.
I don’t own a handgun and haven’t really wanted one. There are times when I think I should get one but I just haven’t. Other than a 22 rifle my uncle gave me, I don’t own any guns but I certainly support other’s 2nd amendment rights.
As far as the man having a carry permit, I’ll plead ignorance. I just didn’t know the requirements.

Thanks. From what little I understand on the subject, I’ve read that a carry permit doesn’t work from state to state.
His Facebook page didn't say that. The one image I saw was for a group called "crips", which had less than 20 members. And, by your own standard --- that's not proof of anything.
Reynolds is the so called girl friend who live streamed after he was shot....we have the picture if him with gun on lap
You have a picture of a dark object on his lap, that MAY be a gun, or a wallet, or a cell phone. And, since he had a CCW permit, if it was a gun, it was legal.
What innuendo have I accepted?
See your first sentence in this post. And, your earlier claim that he was a felon with a long record -- also false.
Seems to me you want the police to be the bad guys here
No, I think this is a case of mistaken identity gone wrong. Neither part knew what the other was thinking, and the situation escalated too quickly.
Rather than trying to find blame, it would be better to institute training on both sides, to prevent it from happening again. We have that training in my state, and there hasn't been a mistake like this in the 20 years that CHL's have been issued.
My problem with you and so many other people here: You want Castile to be the bad guy, so much so that you willfully ignore all contrary evidence and latch onto even the slightest bit in order to confirm your opinion. But, any contrary information has to be "proven beyond the shadow of a doubt". That's called "confirmation bias" -- look it up.
Here's the reality: violent crime by CHL/CCW holders is so rare in the US that it's statistically zero. Most police officers know this, at least in the states where they have been issued for a sufficiently long time. If you have a CHL/CCW, you are less likely to be treated as a potential threat.
Castile hasn't even been arrested for a serious crime in the 15 years of his adult life. And, he has worked at a public school for over a decade, where a background check is required.
It beggars belief to think that he suddenly turned to a life of violent crime. Why do you think so many people are quick to believe that, on the flimsiest of evidence?
In your case, only you can know that. You'll have to look deep into your heart and decide why. I hope you aren't scared by the answer.
Most states have CC reciprocity agreements with at least some other states. GA has reciprocal carry agreements with 26 other States. There is currently a national reciprocity bill working its way through Congress.
Who the hell are you to determine just who NEEDS a permit? There is no NEEDS requirement in the 2nd amendment!
Sorry but when it comes the someone, especially a supposed conservative, questioning the need for a CCW I get rather defensive. Been fighting the battle for protecting this right for many, years. And yes, in some jurisdictions {MA is a prime example| you must state a need.
