Not only are you spot on, but Hillary is seeking the top of the political food chain of all the institutions controlled by government that are already castigating and talking down to people who happened to be born in white skin. Hillary desperately wants that megaphone to step up the pressure and see how well her foot fits inside the government boot smashing people in the face and pressed down hard against the backs of the necks of her subjects.

Your post is a pretty good observation on how the coercive nature of Leftism-collectivism in control of government/institutions has largely won out over the more classically Liberal idea of the primacy and worth of the individual, with the power to fire less-than-worthless politicians/bureaucrats.
