Heard one planned for downtown Memphis tonight
They are 400 officers down, Beale St is now under a wrist ban entry, and bars on Beale are putting up walk threw metal devices. Crime is that bad on a no traffic street. Get a little booze in them you are asking for trouble. Memphis is already more than 12% higher murder rate for 2016.
I live in Tipton Co, so get all the Memphis news, mostly first 15 mins is all crime.
