Can somebody tell me why he’s not at the hospital??? I think he died on scene. The girlfriend is saying he was shot in the arm, but at that range the bullets probably went through into his body (chest). Supposedly there were 4 shots. Not much chance of him surviving.

Even so, where I live, the victim is taken by ambulance to hospital where he’s listed as DOA. Bizarre event.
