If you are a Police officer in Memphis, most are black, that is the way they want it. Reverse Racism. When the few white officers score higher on a higher rank test they won’t pass the any one. And they’ve gone to a number system where race is not known supposedly. Took a friend several years to make Major, when he scored the highest on the testing, had to join a discrimination lawsuit to make a higher rank. Plus you have to live in Memphis, not just in the County. Half the black population has been in prison. Down 400 officers, and more leaving no one wants to live in Memphis. Memphis is LIBTARD owned and run.
If the residents would pick up the tab I have no problem with black cops policing black areas; the disgrace is that primarily white taxpayers have to pay the salaries while being excluded from those jobs.
My town, through a “settlement” with the NAACP, has to let neighboring Newark residents apply for our cop/firemen jobs while Newark is allowed to maintain their residency requirement. Newark probably has the lowest property taxes in NJ; everyone else pays their bills. It has gone on long enough; American taxpayers are fleeing NJ in droves, leaving behind people who don’t contribute anything at all.
