It is galling the day after July 4th to be greeted by yet one more official at the highest level of government, who has declined to respect the rule of law in favor of giving a free pass to the Obama Administration.
FBI Director Comey indicted Hillary Clinton in the court of public opinion by laying out before the TV cameras, step by step, her gross negligence in handling classified material, including Top Secret information that would compromise our national security if made accessible to our enemies. He told us Clinton sent classified information over servers not as safe as a simple gmail account. He told us it is impossible for the FBI to ascertain what foreign hostile actors may have accessed her account, but there is good evidence to believe that the information was hacked.
We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial e-mail accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account. We also assess that Secretary Clintons use of a personal e-mail domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent. She also used her personal e-mail extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related e-mails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries. Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clintons personal e-mail account.
He told us that it is a federal felony to mishandle classified information
in a grossly negligent way.

Because he didn’t want to go to Fort Marcy Park at 3 in the morning.

He blinked because:
1) He was threatened
2) He was blackmailed
3) He was bribed.
I’ll take all three for $1000, Alex.
Why didn’t trump, Obama, and/or pagliano end up in FM park?
Why didn’t trump, Obama, and/or pagliano end up in FM park?
Wrong! He blinked because he is a filthy c*&%.
On FBN at 5pm show (Deidra), James Kallstrom stated perhaps Comey was threatened.
That’s what happened....and not that different of getting SCOTUS Roberts to change his vote for CommieCare.
Wilful Criminality is a more accurate description.
How about he is just a demonrat.
Better bodyguards.

Comey’s backbone, reputation, and honor (or lack thereof) will forever be clouded. He is a political hack, not a law enforcement official. He is a disgrace to the law. J. Edger Hoover is spinning in his grave.
His statement makes sense when taken in that context. He personally, I bet, wanted to indict but wasn’t allowed to. So, he got in his shots explaining why she was guilty, what she was guilty of and what she did be be guilty. Then he said they won’t prosecute.
So he did what they wanted him to, but got in his shots.
He fed Trump 100 30-60 second attack ads before the election.
Always felt that there is a little boy in Roberts closet and he wanted to keep him in there.
Why did Comey blink? The answer is the always the same ... COWARDICE
It is simply easier for an employee in a democrat administration to not recommend criminal charges against a democrat.
Even if Comey had recommended criminal charges against Hillary nothing would have happened. The Justice dept would drug out the matter until after the election and eventually used similar words Comey used as rationale for why THEY won’t indict. The outcome would have been the same.
What Comey did was just make it easier for his boss and himself. Cowardice.
I think Comey and his family were threatened. You can read it in his eyes.
bump
James Comey is an evil man.... he worked under Bush and Ashcroft to get Islamic terrorists freed and viciously prosecuted the prosecutor and FBI agent who put them behind bars. Now he let a brazen serial liar and felon off the hook on the flimsiest of grounds.
Comey has their back. He doesn’t have yours.
