I remember that Jack treated the entire experience seriously. I remember Estrada ended up in the local paper, after shouting at a citizen...but to me, it just showed that Estrada was also taking things seriously. Jackson, on the other hand, did not take it seriously.
I think the show was cancelled, and they didn’t even air all the episodes. It was a guilty pleasure of mine.
Estrada got a little rough with an offender he was arresting because the criminal was saying crap about Estrada’s mother.
Estrada got called before the police chief for a dressing down, saying to Estrada, “You should hear the things they’ve called me!”
The episodes you mentioned were shown, but the powers that be moved them from a major network to an obscure cable station that I didn’t get, so I never saw those “missing” episodes.
