This never even got to Lynch though. Comey said that while laws were probably broken it would be very difficult to prosecute and win this case, and he would not recommend doing so.

The decision was not made by Comey. Comey knew DOJ would not prosecute. Comey either did what he was told or went along with the obvious situation.

The decision was made by Obama and Lynch.

Which is a big fat propaganda lie. People have been tried and easily convicted on far less. Their names and their stories are all over conservative sites; if you haven’t seen any yet, just keep your eyes open. You soon will.
