FBI Director James Comey said he is not recommending criminal charges over Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server when she was secretary of state.

Not sure what FBI Director James Comey was trying to tell us with his rambling, contradictory, and inconsistent statement implicating Hillary, but finding no wrong-doing that could be prosecuted. Were certain statutes ignored?

Strange world we live in today.

Hillary has his FBI file. She has files on virtually everyone there. Finally, someone did some research on Comey and he has his fingerprints all over the Plame thing. He had no problem sending a referral for prosecution to a Special Counsel over two people disagreeing with each other (Scooter and Russert). The only solution at this point in time is Trump. Everyone else is compromised or at the very least thinks they might be.

Today the weapons carried by the Federal law enforcement and the “national defence corpse” apparently are not for enforcement of the laws pertaining to the U.S. Constitution nor for the protection of the law abiding citizens, but rather solely for the bodily protection of the politicians.

So, once again, we hear that familiar echo, “At this point what difference does it make?”

No questions taken. First one should have been how many “witnesses” claimed 5th amendment protections and/or being her representative avoiding saying anything? See, what we have here is not questiones asked and answered, what we have here is questions asked and refused to answer leading to the term, we found no evidence.

July 5th, hence forth to be named OJ II.

I guess all that nonsense we heard about going into other areas like the foundation, orgy island et al were just more BS.

Benedict Comey was saying laws are to be enforced on the unwashed masses not the Dictatorship.

“TO BE CLEAR, THIS IS NOT TO SUGGEST THAT IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES A PERSON WHO ENGAGED IN THIS ACTIVITY WOULD FACE NO CONSEQUENCES.”-James Benedict Comey 7/5/2016 presser

...but finding no wrong-doing that could be prosecuted.

Exactly. Putting the email question aside, there is obstruction of justice ( destruction of evidence ) which he admitted she did by saying they were able to recover some of the deleted emails. Then there is the violation of the Federal Records Retention Act. Yet, he says he could find no wrong doing that could be prosecuted.

Hallstrom said last night on Megan Kelly’s show that he is DONE defending Comey! Said there was absolutely no reason for him to drag it out and list the violations like he did WITHOUT a recommendation to charge. He also said that a LOT of current and former FBI agents are livid over what happened yesterday. I’ve always had my doubts about Hallstrom himself but if he’s finally thinking like a human instead of a bureaucrat, more power to him.
