I know this will be unpopular but the basic tactic that needs to be done is eliminate communal bathrooms. Make them all single and private and that anyone may use them. I know cost will be more maybe even horrendous. Lineups will be long. That is what will need to be done to circumvent this ridiculous problem. A trannie can use the bathroom just as anyone else but “it” will be alone there with no one else sharing the ahem experience.
