I agree it’s a great opportunity for Trump if he capitalizes on it, quickly, and if GOPe can keep their nevertrump mouths shut.

Yup. And never underestimate these Feds’ desire to protect themselves first, and — most importantly — protect their big-ass government pensions. The country be damned.

Its a dark day in American history when the FBI makes a case against @HillaryClinton & then recommends no charges.

Nobody expected any other outcome than this.
The point was to make them do it.

During my break time from helping husband erect a shed, like cleaning up and handing him stuff and holding ladder once in awhile, we listened to the FBI Director explain, and explain, the huge amount of time and resources the Bureau had spent these past few years to determine if there was any there, there, re Ambassador Hillary and her misuse of govt emails. Well, he did say that her lawyers had gone thru a bunch and maybe lost a few, but they found nothing illegal about her crazy administration of her dept. Her lawyers gave their employer a clean bill. The loyal and faithful FBI employees did their best to decipher Clinton's unique approach to administration of her dept. No sale there either. The worst that can be said of this whole email adventure is that the US govt has been at the mercy of a very stupid, lazy, appointee who was given a job at the highest level of govt and you just cannot prosecute innocence, willful intent aside.
Now the reason for the meeting between Bill and Lynch is apparent. He was told the FBI would be speaking this day and all was right with his corrupt world. Oh well. Whatever!

Take a close look at this feds face. He walks on stage already sweating, red nose, watery eyes...Wowza Sounds like bribes didn't work (like it did with Roberts), so they resorted to making him an offer he couldn't refuse.

I sympathize with what you’re recommending in regards to Trump’s reaction, however we have become a slothful nation of takers who just want promises of free stuff. Its a very powerful and intoxicating allure for them that requires no effort except to cast a vote. People are now addicted to government largesse and dependency. That’s going to be a huge hurdle for Trump to overcome (i.e., find enough responsible voters who want to make America great again). A very tall mountain to climb.
To: Donglalinger
That is what I have been thinking. What are their excuses going to be after this for not getting in line and supporting Trump?
At the convention, every day, the Trump camp should put up a judge to pick apart this opinion by the FBI head and then make the case why she has committed crimes against the US.

"Trump better blast harder than this! I trust he will."If Trump can't used the "T-word" (Traitor) in describing the Demonicrat presidential opponent, then he's not worth putting into office.

For what it's worth, Rush Limbaugh just said don't expect an indictment on that one (Clinton Foundation) either.
Rush correctly predicted last week: The fix is in... We're being played, folks.
We're a banana republic now. It's official.

"And Fox News Catherine Herridge noted how Comey RACED away from the podium, and didnt take any questions. Herridge said that was HIGHLY unusual." walking off the podium without answering questions from the press is actually becoming more commonplace.
DHS official was grabbed by the arm and pulled out the door by one of his associates rather than answer questions last week.

I thought there was a good chance of Hillary getting charged. Not because Obama cared about what she did, but because she is a loser candidate, and Obama wants a Democrat to win to protect his legacy. He views himself as the opposite of Reagan, the anti-Reagan, and Reagan got a third term. He wants that and more. Hillary is so bad, and Trump so un-Republican in the way he actually attacks Democrats, that his legacy is threatened, and just as important, his criminal acts will be exposed.
So, I thought all along that they would find a way to dump Hillary and then go with Slow Joe, who would be a better candidate. He's like the lovable grampa to half of America, who don't know what a lefty tool he really is. Obama could have used the FBI to accomplish that switcheroo. That he didn't tells me that Bill Clinton's threats, whatever they were, were enough to make Obama arrange this whitewash. That golf game where Clinton was giving Obama the what-for was probably where it started. The Lynch meeting was the final decision, perhaps with some promises thrown in.

I fear you are right. My husband keeps saying "this country is over". I say: "If Hillary is elected this November, then there is NO DOUBT this country is over.
It's depressing, especially when thinking how so many fought so hard for our beloved America.

I hope Trump says that under his administration, corruption will be investigated and prosecuted, and that these sweetheart arrangements will end. He doesn’t have to declare that he will prosecute Hillary, just that his FBI will look at cases with fresh eyes without regard for political consequences. Contrast that with what the nation gets with HIllary, a descent into lawless oligarchy.

Only the most naive believed Hillary would be indicted.
And you can really believe anything liar Joseph DiGenova says with a straight face?
She was always going to get off. Its not the evidence that matters nor even the seriousness of the charges.
And hiding personal records is an even less egregious an offense than perjury.
