Even though I don't know what to make of Corker at this point (and have a lot of past evidence to be very suspicious of him), I have to say his words at the podium were spot on, in essence:

1. I spent a LOT of time with the people that KNOW Mr. Trump well today, his family, employees that have worked with him for 25 and 30 years.
2. They gave me very clear insight into WHO this man is.
3. The reason that you all LOVE Mr. Trump so much.... is that you KNOW how much Mr. Trump LOVES all of YOU!!

Even if Corker is self serving here, he got that part RIGHT!
