I don’t understand why he is quitting now?
He was just getting started.
Very disappointing.
The Globalist will be very happy.
The man has lost weight. I’m going to guess from a lot of stress from having to deal with the leftist / satanic powers that are demanding that Great Britain must reunite with the EU to fulfill the NWO’s objectives...
Wonder if Soros shipped another loaded suitcase ...
I too was hoping that Farage would push ahead with his agenda and ensure that Brexit actually happens. IMHO, I think it is still too early to call it an overwhelming success. The population who wish to remain in Europe have not given up yet and if Farage is leaving, that will strengthen their resolve.
Perhaps they really weren’t supposed to win?
Dang!
Now I can’t say that they are “making plans for Nigel” anymore.
Well, at least we’ve still got the Mayor of Simpleton.
Sounds like a great loss to me, but maybe he can continue the fight.
Interesting point.
Michael Grove
I don’t understand this either. If you accept a leadership position, you should commit to the long haul. Farage had the name, and the momentum. Much of that will be lost now.
It’s sort of like a quarterback scoring a touchdown in the first quarter, then deciding, well, that’s it for me. Bye.

Perhaps he will refile as a Tory and seek to be PM
He's not abandoning the Brexit war...he's resigning as leader of UKIP.
He's got something up his sleeve.
So let me get this straight.
Boris Johnson, former London mayor and MP was thought to be the next PM but he steps aside.
Now Farage who led the UKIP movement steps aside?
Something is rotten in Denmark here...

He sounds like James Polk. They had an agenda. They accomplished their agenda. They are done.
Those who griped and snarked that Farage was just manipulating his way to be Prime Minister or his Shadow Minister have proven to be full of crap now.
They don’t want to be blamed when it all falls apart?
Listen to the speech.
He’s not abandoning the Brexit war...he’s resigning as leader of UKIP.
He’s got something up his sleeve.
I will listen, and I’m sure you are right. His smile says something, too.
I think its death threats. Crazies going after them and their families.
Then he could move over here. We need men like him in this country.
Furthermore, he said that whoever becomes PM should not only have been a supporter of Brexit but that those conducting the negotiations should represent all parties who backed Brexit (and of course that means a major role for UKIP and himself).
