I was always a lot more worried about Jeb Bush than about Romney.
In the event of a coup, Bush would have a better shot at success than Romney.
But come November, either one would lose decisively to a career criminal.
Jeb Bush is owned and operated by the same forces that control Hillary - had he been nominated I have no doubt he would have won easily in November. He is on board with The Agenda, relatively scandal-free, and it was his turn.
Trump messed up the whole plan, and has forced the establishment to throw all of their support behind the career criminal, further eroding their credibility. Win or lose in November, he has damaged them.
