Who would just happen to leave their explosive “experiment” where someone would step on it? Sounds like the police and the politicians don’t want people to know who did it and why.

Who steps on a strange bag, if that's what the "firecracker" was in, on a path? I've never heard of "friction" setting off a "firecracker."

The only thing I believe is that the govermedia is lying, and is not competent to carry out government's basic function to protect its citizens.
