Nope.. Far simplier... The ‘pollsters’ say that if a Republican supports a wall, they'll lose half of their Latino support. For critters in heavy latino states, they think that supporting the wall means they're out of office.

Nevermind what every single actual election which cuts off benefits for illegals, which requires English only teaching in school, etc, etc, etc, has always won with a latino majority.

Who you gonna believe, the actual voters, or the pollsters who claim to know what's going to happen (how's that 5% prediction working out for a Trump nomination?)

Your explanation - yeah, it makes sense, but I'm very jaded. I've seen and heard way too much stuff firsthand that has made me rather bias against "simplier" explanations. The problem is that it's difficult to know for certain if the simple explanations are still viable anymore, or if it's something way sinister than that.

The democrats here want the wall built. One even suggested we electrify it and let the bodies pile up as a deterrent. (Have a big heroine problem here!)
