I think the problem the Klintoons have is that they have lost control of who knows what. Just last week, the judicial watch case revealled a Huma and Hillary email exchange about the email setup and missing a meeting.
This email was not in the 50k emails Hillary produced. IOW she destroyed a work related email, in violation of the federal records act. And none other than her confidant Huma (who obviously doesn’t want a McDougal role) gave the incriminating evidence to Judicial Watch.
The Clintons, and more importantly Barry, have no idea who has what - from Pagliano to Russian hackers, stuff could be anywhere. Thats why Im still hopeful.

And it is anywhere. You are right, they have lost control, but, that will not prevent Lynch from claiming there is not enough evidence to bring it to even a grand jury...especially a grand jury since the Klintoons havent had much luck with those.
