What does this say to all the people that —do— have a high security clearance, such as SAP (special access programs)?
It says they had to have high standards of conduct, but anyone with enough money and influence can do what they d@mn well please and not get the consequences.
Someone who can not be trusted with security, should not be trusted with the country. Or the nuclear codes.
