Yes Qadaffi was a ruthless dictator. But is the world better off, with Libya being an ISIS affiliated state?
I’ve never understood the liberal views on overthrowing dictators.
The liberal view was that we should not have overthrown Saddam Hussein. And they talk about look what a mess was created in Iraq, which persists to this day.
But in the case of Libya, the liberals wanted to overthrow Qaddafi, and a huge mess was created by his overthrow. But the liberals don’t talk about that aspect of things.
Is it because Obama and Hillary created what Libya has become? And the fact that they are good Democrats?? And if a Democrat does something then it’s not to be criticized???

Liberals follow orders. Nothing you said is ever in their minds. Following orders is in their minds. They say what they are told to say, and do what they are told to do. Anything else they see as challenging authority, which is death to them. If liberals were told to support gun rights and fight against abortion, they would - instantly, and with total dedication. Because They Don't Care what the issues are. They care ONLY about obedience. They are NOT like you and I - At All.
Qadaffi, like Assad in Syria is only ruthless and brutal toward those who actively seek to diminish their power.
But for the average Joe and Jane, there was a sound system of laws, property and basic human respect type.
Their civil societies were mature and even handed.
But each killed and tortured Jihadi's like it was sport...as they were the majority of those in opposition.
And, for that, they get tagged with the "Brutal, Murderous Dictator" moniker.
Geez. What's the world coming to?
