She owes her public career and current AG position to Bill Clinton. He appointed her as a US Atty in 1999. He may not need to do anything more than make his wishes known, and she will loyally obey.

I think Loretta Lynch initiated the meeting, for the purpose proposed by the first caller, to tell Bill face to face “I’m going to appoint an independent group to mitigate this. Wanted you to know. There’s a good chance she’ll be indicted.”
