Patriots are reminded that the Founding States made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide these clauses from Congress, to clarify that all federal legislative / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in the non-elected bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined federal agencies like the FCC, FEC and EPA.

So Congress has a constitutional “monopoly” on federal legislative powers whether it wants or not. And by delegating regulatory powers to non-elected bureaucrats, Congress is wrongly protecting such powers from the wrath of the voters in blatant defiance of Sections 1-3 referrenced above imo.

In fact, by letting faceless federal bureaucrats outside the legislative branch do their unpopular, unconstitutional work for them, lawmakers are able to keep their voting records clean. And by keeping their voting records clean, corrupt lawmakers are able to fool low-informaton patriots into reelecting them.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also keep legislative powers in the legislative branch and take full responsibility for how those Section 8-limited powers are used.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

I am sure they have another “list.”

Beware of any group with a “list.”

Illegals and muslim terrorists.

If Hillary gets in, we will have to deal with Obama’s army and Hillary’s army.

“...there were a set number of freepers that helped to not only elect bammy but to re elect him...”

I see you’re still suffering under the delusion that Mitt and McCain were substantially different from any liberal Democrat running.

For the umpteenth time, the labels mean nothing. It’s the content of the candidate’s character that matters, which is why both of those schlubs lost. They actually have less character than Obama, who actually practices what he preaches.

The “Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs” will embed government researchers in news media organizations to collect information on demographics, point of view, news topic selection, management style and other factors.

The information is then numerically encoded according to how well, in the FCC’s view, it meets the “critical information needs” of particular “communities.”

The study identified eight “critical information needs”: information about emergencies and risks; health and welfare; education; transportation; economic opportunities; the environment; civic information; and political information.

The FCC awarded the contract for the study to Silver Spring, Maryland-based Social Solutions International. According to a May article in Communications Daily, Social Solutions International will be paid $917,823.

Social Solutions International says that in addition to its general evaluation of news content, the survey will include a “qualitative component” featuring interrogations of news organization owners, management and employees.

Among the questions:

For media owners: “What is the news philosophy of the station?”

For editors, producers and managers: “Do you have any reporters or editors assigned to topic ‘beats’? If so how many and what are the beats?” “Who decides which stories are covered?”

For reporters: “Have you ever suggested coverage of what you consider a story with critical information for your customers (viewers, listeners, readers) that was rejected by management?” (Followup questions ask the reporter to speculate on why a particular story was spiked.)

The bigger question here is, why are our freedoms being dismantled by unelected, non representative commissions?

That's what I want to know too.

I'm way over un-elected bureaucrats dictating to me.

What would they do if everyone said "NO" to them? Go to prison? Get fined?

It's almost (in my eyes it's past time) at the point that some of us are going to have to go to jail, be fined or whatever for what we believe in.

Also, they (the commissioners or whoever writes this craziness up) should be picketed at their homes, jobs or wherever they are.

There has never been a single known instance of a human being elected or appointed to any government position who didn’t immediately shout aloud, “Hallelujah - what can I f*ck up now!”

It still staggers me how quickly we became East Germany.

The handwriting has been on the wall for decades, yet few paid heed, and those who did were ridiculed

Now, the chickens have come home.
