You can read it a lot faster if you skip every sentence that begins with "objection". :-)

There's really no evidence of wrongdoing, other than the systemic failure to comply with the requirements of the FOIA. But, we already knew that. And, with no effective penalties for a political appointee, it's a moot point anyway.

Huma was asked directly if Hillary used the server to intentionally evade the FOIA, and she said "no, not to my knowledge". Even the email where Hillary refused a State.gov account was cast as "want to keep personal email private", not any kind of concealment.

Frankly, the only hope of finding a smoking gun is if the FBI got the entire server archive from Clinton's lawyer. But, I don't know if their rules of evidence would allow them to use it -- it may be considered to be outside the scope of the FBI's investigation into leakage of classified information.
