Fixed a tomato , fresh mozzerella, olive and basil salad for lunch. There is nothing better than fresh tomatoes. My plants are loaded.
I haven’t had a real tomato in years, when like you I grew them. These in the stores have no taste none! You have to go to a farmer’s market. The store bought go bad within days.... I bought a dryer, so I’m not throwing away food anymore. It goes into the dryer, then I put in my sauces.
Yummm...we’ve had them that way, as well, this week.
I wish I could take some of those tomatoes off of your hands ;-)
I’d trade you some of my plum jam. We had a great crop, this year.
