You all seem to believe we either need 536 Trumps or Trump as King.
All of this “BOO Cruz” and “BOO Rubio” crap is NOT what America needs.
They are great Americans and each are better than ANY Democrat.
Your petty disagreements on a couple of issues are no basis for kicking them out of the Senate in favor of some lessor candidate, likely to lose to the Dem.
We will have no America left if left to your “Screw the GOP and teach ‘em a lesson” approach prevails.
Cruz doesn’t need to be King of the Texas GOP. He just needs to win renomination. Who out there could reasonably challenge him?
He should have politely endorsed Trumps weeks ago.
Although George Bush greatly insulted Ronald Reagan with his “voodoo economics” remark, Uncle Ron forgave him and (unwisely) picked him as his running mate.
Cruz needs to endorse Trump.

In spite of all the chest pounding Texans, there’s never been a Congressman, Senator or President from Texas that didn’t turn out to be a huge disappointment at some point.
Many of us here warned that the type of dirty campaign Cruz ran
during the Presidential primary would hurry him politically.
Looks like we were right and the sycophants were wrong.

It would be nice to have an adult representing TEXAS in the US Senate, a grown up, without Butt Hurt and sour grapes defining him.
Cruz never wanted a US Senate seat, we know that. Cruz wanted a US Senate Spring Board to the presidency.
Who the Hell is Cruz, anyway? What did he ever accomplish for anyone but himself? He’s a calculating climber, in the mold of Hillary Clinton.
That’s pretty rank, when you can match Hillary Clinton in cold calculation and climbing.
He’s nobody.
This Texas is TOTALLY PERPLEXED. At most, all that Cruz needed to do was sit out the 2016 presidential election...but that was too much, so now he’s some kind of martyr, at least to some of his supporters.
I’m shocked that many people like him.
