Journalists are a herd of vacuous twits impressed by their self-awarded credentials. They know nothing about anything. Their only function is to serve as the propaganda arm of the reigning peutocracy.
Peutocracy - rule by puerile effete urban twits, cf. Obama, Harf, Psaki, Pajama Boy, etc, etc, etc.

If you watch old movies from before the 1970's, journalists were typically portrayed as basically silly people. But after Watergate, when journalists began to be seen as politically useful change-agents, their portrayal was elevated and mythologized.
My favorite description of the media remains that of the late Senator Eugene McCarthy: "Journalists are like birds sitting on a telephone wire. They sit and sit and sit, and then - when one flies if in one direction - all the others follow."

Frankly I find that Journalists, as a whole, tend to be more closed minded, closet racists, and a whole hosts of things that are attributed to the voters.
Today’s journalists are laze, ill-informed, miss-informed, will not even do the minimal necessary leg work for any investigative story, relying in the Internet for their info.
There are no three independent confirmations for any stories run. Just make it up and go for it, facts play little or no part in the stories and propaganda pieces run today.
In the last year I have seen more distortion, lies, made up stories, etc. on Donald Trump than any candidate I have ever seen. I have known for a long time that I can’t believe what I see and hear out of the MSM, and now, by extension, the Internet has become the same.
The Truth is out there but now you have hunt and find it. Even Diogenes would be hard put to find any honest in New York and D.C..

Most British tabs are fairly liberal, loathe Trump, and dislike America. So how he can compare it to Fox (except for the Trump-hating) is beyond me.

Elite journalists miss it all... the only stuff they don't miss is the superficial:best wines, restaurants, CPA’s, and clothing styles. Oh, and ‘horse race’ stuff - who's up - who's down..they find that exciting.
Stuff no one cares about EXCEPT bored 'more money than brains' types. Michael Moore and Hollywood elites show it best when they put on baseball caps backwards and pretend they have a clue about real people...
More fun watching paint dry than hearing the pontificate about ‘life from the viewpoint of an out of touch blowhard’...
