The states have NO VOICE anymore and have to bow down to the Feds. Sad sad sad.
The only hope is a personhood amendment. There will never be enough conservatives on the court to get rid of Roe. When the court balked at overturning Roe in Planned Parenthood v. Casey, they essentially ratified Roe. Sad, but look at this way: Biblically speaking, big things usually are on the horizon when people start killing their children.
I vote for Texit.
Nullify. The states should just ignore the court and carry on.
