With apologies to all Catholics who honor the status of the Holy Father, there are times, such as this, when this Pope is an idiot. Brother, we thank God for two facts: 1) Human nature is intrinsically flawed in every man, and therefore we need not look to the Holy Father for unerring guidance on minor matters, such as military strategy or what to order from the flight menu; and 2) He has not been teaching from 25,000 feet on faith or morals.
He might as well be filling out brackets for the NCAA tournament. They'll report it just as breathlessly.
