The Camp of the Saints (Le Camp des Saints) is a 1973 French apocalyptic novel by Jean Raspail. The novel depicts a setting wherein Third World mass immigration to France and the West leads to the destruction of Western civilization. Almost forty years after publication the book returned to the bestseller list in 2011.[1] The title is a reference to the Book of Revelation (Rev 20:9).

Many (most?) people here will have read or heard of this apocalyptic novel about about how third-world immigrants will overrun Europe and the West in the end days. Jean Raspail is a traditionalist Catholic and his novels are inspired by his traditional Catholic beliefs.

You can find different versions of The Camp of the Saints available at the Internet Archive, which has old and public domain books, so I'm guessing the English translation is no longer in copyright. 7 And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will come out to deceive the nations which are at the four corners of the earth, that is, Gog and Ma’gog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. 9 And they marched up over the broad earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city; but fire came down from heaven and consumed them, 10 and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (Apocalypse, Chapter 20, vv. 7-10).*

I don’t think so much of a prophet, but more of an accurate observer of trends.

Up to that point since the end of Dub Dub 2 the European countries had been impoting Muzzies as cheap labor to help rebuild with the assumption that they would go back to their respective Third World hellholes once it was complete. But that did not happen and they were allowed to stay.

The author saw the trend of the continued importation of Third World Muzzies and its logical conclusion based on Europe’s past history with them and wrote a fictional story around that.

Look up the recent French novel SUBMISSION. About a French academic as Muslims take over France.

I read COTS a little over two years ago, and it made me aware for the first time what demographic warfare is. It is now being conducted all around the planet as I type this. What I found particularly remarkable about the book is Raspail's understanding of the incestuous relationship between media, politicians, religious organizations, academia etc. (what one could label the political' class) in what he referred to as The Beast. I've purchased two copies for friends and do whatever I can to bring this book to peoples attention.

The guy nails it. He later noted that he choose to use Indians (i.e., people from India) to avoid the charges of racism that would have hit if he used Muslims. But it was clear what he meant.

I read Camp of the Saints in 1976. As the years since have passed, I have been amazed again and again at how prophetic that book was.

I just finished reading the free kindle download version of Tom Kratman’s “Caliphate”, available on kindle for FREE at
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ARPJDLA/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1

“Slavery is a part of Islam . . . Slavery is part of jihad, and jihad will remain as long there is Islam.” —Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan, author of the religious textbook At-Tawhid (”Monotheism”) and senior Saudi cleric.

Demography is destiny. In the 22nd century European deathbed demographics have turned the continent over to the more fertile Moslems. Atheism in Europe has been exterminated. Homosexuals are hanged, stoned or crucified. Such Christians as remain are relegated to dhimmitude, a form of second class citizenship. They are denied arms, denied civil rights, denied a voice, and specially taxed via the Koranic yizya. Their sons are taken as conscripted soldiers while their daughters are subject to the depredations of the continent’s new masters.

The book was great and I read it in 2 sittings. And it’s available for FREE!

I highly recommend this FREE book to anyone that’s interested in the battle Western civilization is engaged in with islam and how it may play out in the coming years.

The author pulls no punches in describing what it’s like to live as a dhimmi under sharia law after the muslims gain control simply as a result of outbreeding the native German people.

Another good book, though not apocalypstic (dystopic, actually) is “Caliphate” by Tom Kratman. Sometimes available for free at www.ereaderiq.com

Read it when it came out and absorbed the premise immediately—while doubting that the European governments would actually respond in a way that would save their countries.

We are now seeing that the Euros have lost their souls and national ethos while giving rein to their heartfelt compassion for the poor. They will regret it.

I bought the book - I couldn’t put it down.

He was not only prophetic about the invasion but how the various factions in the first world reacted to them. You can assign all of his fictional characters to real life character today.

What the book is about more than anything else is how unbridled compassion is suicidal. The question that it forces you to answer is, what should be the limits of compassion.

Not only is it a riveting page turner, but a wake up call for our times.

Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
